Is there a minimum age requirement for KA$H Wallet /KA$H MasterCard® Card?
Applicant must be at least 15 years of age and must own a Malaysia registered mobile phone number.
If I cancel my KA$H Wallet Account, what happen to the account’s balance?
Transfer to Cardholder CASA accounts then request to cancel/delete the account to call center
Note that you are still liable for all transactions that have been made with your KA$H Wallet prior to its termination date.

Can I use KA$H Balance Account to make Malaysian mobile Top-Up / online purchases outside Malaysia, example in Singapore?
Malaysian Mobile Credit Top Up/Reload can be performed via KA$H DIGITAL Wallet application. Deducted from KA$H balance.
Online purchase payment can be performed via KA$H Prepaid MasterCard® only.
KA$H Balance cannot perform online purchase payment
Is it compulsory to provide IC or copy of passport during sign up?
Yes, a clear individual identification document (IC for Malaysian or Passport for Foreigner) is required during registration as mandated by Bank Negara Malaysia (Malaysia Central Bank) for the purpose of KYC policy. an IC or passport image is required in registration process to verify your identity. KA$H may also request for any other official documents bearing the photograph of the customer or beneficial owner, provided the authenticity of the documents can be verified. In addition, additional documents such as bank statements, utility bills, telco bills, etc may be requested for verification.
Individual that are from the list of disallowed countries by MasterCard are not eligible to register with KA$H Prepaid Mastercard;
